Sandstone is popular Indian stone used since centuries for carving of exquisite statues of Hindu Gods and Goddesses. Historically, sandstone is famously used for construction of ancient Hindu temples and Buddhist monuments. The Great Stupa build by King Ashoka around 3rd century BC is among oldest sandstone structures of India.
Sandstone stands as most popular and durable sculpting mediums. Enduring the test of time and harsh Indian climate, sandstone sculptures are perfect for both outdoor and indoor settings.
A classic medium choice, white marble and granite has been a favourite medium by the most accomplished sculptors in history. Such sculptures are both timeless and elegant. Tiger eye is famously known to help build courage by releasing fear and anxiety.
