ABOUT THE HERBAL TEA WORKSHOP
The Herbal Tea Workshop is returning to Mystik River once again, hosted by certified Naturopath, Maddie Lewin.
Come on down for a wholesome afternoon and learn the process behind crafting your own herbal tea blend. As you indulge in the delicious flavours, textures and aromas of nature, Maddie will guide you through 10 different organic dried herbs, discussing their medicinal benefits, taste and energetics.
With a qualified Naturopath there to guide and assist you, you will then select 3-6 herbs to make your very own custom tea blend.
A fantastic opportunity to tune into the healing powers of nature, sense what your body intuitively craves, and develop a deeper appreciation for nature's apothecary.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE:
