Refund Policy

Order Cancellation Due to Error

In the event of an incorrect price listing, inaccurate descriptive information, or an erroneous image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction. If your credit card has been charged, we will promptly refund the total amount debited.

Product Returns

We are committed to replacing any faulty or damaged product with a similar item. Should you need to return a defective product, please notify us through our designated "contact us" webpage, where we outline the requirements for returns. If the product is found to be faulty upon arrival, we will provide a full replacement and offer a complete refund, including postage/shipping charges.

Additionally, we will exchange any undamaged product purchased from us for a similar item, provided it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within seven (7) days of the original purchase. Should damaged goods be returned to us for exchange, we will refund packing and postage charges.

If, at the time of return, we are unable to replace or exchange the returned goods, we will reimburse your credit card for the initially debited amount for the purchase, including packaging and postage charges.
