All you need to do is breathe! Join Kaishan, a certified Chinese tea grader and pranayama breath work teacher, as she guides you through a unique experience designed to turn your everyday cuppa into a mindful sanctuary and a powerful tool to manage stress.

This Workshop is designed for individuals passionate about Eastern healthy living and seeking to enhance their well-being through mindful tea practices.

About your host

Kaishan is a certified Chinese tea grader, a certified pranayama breathwork teacher, the creator of the Brew & Breath workshop, and the pioneer of TeaCup Therapy. With 7 years of experience as a tea specialist, Kaishan believes that tea holds the key to addressing the current mental health crisis. By preparing and consuming our daily cuppa with intention and attention, we create a time and space to separate and retreat from our problems and struggles, allowing us to better face them when we put down our teacups.

Kaishan specializes in stress management and fostering connections through five-sensory tea rituals and breathwork. She has hosted engaging and informative workshops for businesses and organizations, including House of Wellness on Channel 7, Heide Museum of Modern Art, and Realm Library. She shares practical, easy-to-apply breathing and brewing techniques to transform your everyday cuppa into a mindful sanctuary.
