ABOUT THE HERBAL TEA WORKSHOP
The Herbal Tea Workshop is returning to Mystik River once again, hosted by certified Naturopath, Maddie Lewin.
Come on down for a wholesome afternoon and learn the process behind crafting your own herbal tea blend. As you indulge in the delicious flavours, textures and aromas of nature, Maddie will guide you through 10 different organic dried herbs, discussing their medicinal benefits, taste and energetics.
With a qualified Naturopath there to guide and assist you, you will then select 3-6 herbs to make your very own custom tea blend.
A fantastic opportunity to tune into the healing powers of nature, sense what your body intuitively craves, and develop a deeper appreciation for nature's apothecary.

ABOUT LEWIN NATUROPATHY:
Maddie Lewin is the founder of Lewin Naturopathy and will be running the tea making workshop. She is a Clinical Naturopath and operates an online clinic that allows her to see clients Australia-wide. She has a special interest in gut health, skin conditions and fatigue. Maddie also runs other events around Melbourne such as full moon circles, tea lounges at festivals and market stalls which can be found on her website. She has thoughtfully curated her own Organic Herbal Tea line with teas for sleep, digestion, skin and more.
