Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mystik River Gallery, we take great care in packing and transporting every artwork. We work with trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post and DHL Express, to provide reliable shipping within Australia and internationally.

Where both delivery options are available, they will be displayed at checkout for you to select your preferred service.

As many of our pieces are handcrafted and one of a kind, we aim to ensure each artwork is securely packed and delivered safely to its new home.

1. Melbourne Metropolitan Area

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking or delivery information will be provided once dispatched.

2. Rural & Regional Deliveries – Greater Victoria

  • Estimated delivery: 1 week to 10 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the location and accessibility of the delivery address.

  • Tracking or delivery information will be provided once dispatched.

3. Interstate Deliveries

  • Small & medium-size sculptures: For sculptures weighing up to 22 kg, estimated delivery is approximately 1 week to 10 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

  • Tracking or delivery information will be provided once dispatched.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

4. International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping using Australia Post or DHL Express, depending on the order, destination and customer preference.

  • Australia Post: Estimated delivery 15–25 business days from dispatch.

  • DHL Express: Estimated delivery 10–15 business days from dispatch.

  • Where both services are available, you can select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout where available.

  • Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local delivery services.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Large & Non-Standard Size Statues

Garden Statue Collection

Statues over 22 kg in weight, or requiring oversized or specialised packaging, may require specialised shipping arrangements.

  • Estimated delivery: Generally 10–15 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Shipping is quoted individually based on the size, weight, packaging requirements and delivery destination.

  • Specialised freight, protective packaging, crating or palletisation may be required.

  • Please contact Mystik River Gallery for a shipping quotation before purchasing.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and freight requirements.

General Delivery Information

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch.

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct when placing your order.

  • Tracking or delivery information will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and take clear photographs of the artwork, any damage, and the packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Many Mystik River Gallery artworks are one of a kind. In the unlikely event that your artwork is lost or damaged during transit, an identical replacement may not be possible.

Wherever possible, we will suggest alternative replacement options for your consideration. If a suitable alternative is not available or preferred, we will issue a full refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

Delivery Delays & Events Outside Our Control

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our third-party courier and delivery partners.

While we work with trusted providers and will make reasonable efforts to assist with any delivery issues, Mystik River Gallery cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This may include courier or postal delays, customs processing, adverse weather, service disruptions, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

Where a delay or delivery issue occurs, we will work with the relevant delivery provider to assist in resolving the matter wherever reasonably possible.

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
