At Mystik River Gallery, we understand that acquiring a large artwork is not only an aesthetic decision, but also a logistical one. This recent delivery highlights how we carefully manage each step to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for our collectors.
The Order & Planning
We received an order for a large-scale sculpture and promptly confirmed all shipping timelines and requirements with the client. Clear communication at this stage allows us to align expectations and ensure a seamless process from the beginning.
Preparation & Handling
The artwork was documented in our gallery before being professionally packed by our trusted partner, Rebul. Their expertise in handling delicate and oversized works ensures that each piece is protected to the highest standard.
We then coordinated delivery to Rebul within a scheduled time window, with the support of our delivery partner, ensuring a smooth handover and no delays in transit.

Shipping Process
The sculpture (130kg) was transported from Victoria to Queensland. The shipment followed a structured freight route through multiple depots and was delivered within approximately one week, in line with the expected timeframe.
Delivery & Outcome
The work was successfully delivered and received by the client on 9 March 2026. The collector kindly shared photographs of the sculpture installed in its new garden setting, along with their positive feedback on the experience.
We are grateful for the client’s trust. Their review and images help us demonstrate the care and professionalism that go into every delivery.
