Delivery Information
We aim to pack and dispatch all online orders within 1-2 days from the receipt of your order. In the unlikely case of delay, our team will get in touch with you immediately. Delivery services are available to all areas in Australia.
Fine art paintings and sculptures are fragile goods, which means extra care must be taken. All our orders are shipped by our trusted freight companies. The shipping method selection upon order check-out may vary according to your order weight and specifications. We reserve the right to choose the selection of delivery services at our convenience.
DELIVERY METHODS

Orders with total weight below 25 kgs will be fulfilled by either Sendle, DHL Express or another selected freight company of our choice

Heavier items will generally be shipped using TNT Road Express, Allied Express or DHL Express.
DELIVERY CHARGES

For all orders below 25 kg sent sent within Australia, we offer a national flat shipping rate. Kindly note, that our freight carriers may apply flat-remote rates or suburb surcharge to remote deliveries not covered by their national network.

Items heavier then 25kgs, will attract extra delivery cost depending on item weight & dimensions.

All shipping cost will be visible to you upon order check-out, added to the total order price. The cost includes GST and goods insurance.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES
We try to select speediest delivery options for you. Estimated delivery time & date information will be available when you track your order online. Please allow 2-3 working days for same city deliveries and 5-10 working days for interstate deliveries, with maximum delivery time up-to 14 days. If you haven’t received your order within this timeframe, please contact us immediately.
TRACKING
You will be able to track your order once it’s been shipped. Tracking details will be emailed once dispatched and passed on to the shipper. Kindly note, that it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the parcel is signed for or collected from the stated holding place once a card has been left. If parcels are held for over 2 weeks they are returned by the courier and re-sending costs will be covered by the customer.
We request you to please double check the delivery addresses. Incorrect address of parcels are at higher risk of getting misplaced, stolen or may incur addition postage charges if returned to sender and the parcel needs to be re-sent.
Ensuring the right delivery address upon order placement is the sole responsibility of the customer; and we cannot be held responsible with possible complications in case of a mistake in delivery address.
PO Boxes
Kindly note our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, please give physical address at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE
Once purchases have been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. With our nominated Courier Service we recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm. Our courier cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. If no one is present to accept the delivery a slip will be left in the mail box so that you can negotiate a suitable arrangement for final delivery or collection. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimated ship times may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We do not offer international shipping at the moment. The good news is - we are very flexible. If you would like us to ship one of our sculptures or paintings overseas, please call us at +61448492706 or email us at mrsales@mystikriver.com. We will try to arrange for international shipping using one of the selected freight companies. Please be informed that extra cost for shipping & import duty tax may apply for such shipments. RETURNS & REFUND
We care for each of our art pieces and personally package all orders with the utmost care.
In the unlikely event, that your item has been damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of delivery by submitting the 'return form' below or through our contact us page. Please note - each of our art pieces are unique and cannot be replaced. However, we are happy for you to choose a similar art piece from our collection as a replacement option. If none of the alternative art pieces is to your liking, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
