Ganesha Statue - Rose Quartz (Small, 12.5cm)
Ram Kumar presents Lord Ganesha carved into a raw piece of Rose Quartz. Its rough edges denote the raw purity of the stone. Enhancing its beautiful natural look. The colour as well, so pure and unique, a very soft pastel light pink. It is almost as if the piece itself is lit from within. Given it is Rose Quartz, this piece will enable you to ignite love for yourself and you too can emit light from within you. Many believe that the raw form of a crystal is stronger in its healing powers than those that are polished or overworked. The depiction of Ganesha symbolising prosperity aligns with the Rose Quartz to bring about prosperity in love.
About Ganesha
Lord Ganesh is a son of Lord Shiva and his wife, Goddess Parvati. Clearly distinguished by his elephant head, Ganesh is a symbol of perseverance, protection, well-being, health, and prosperity. In India, Lord Ganesh is followed by every religion as a welcoming gesture or an introductory deity to start a new chapter in life (job, new house, wedding, etc.). Symbolically, the rat, which is his vahan or vehicle, is a representation of chaos, while a bloated tummy depicts accepting all inhibitions and negativities. Truly, Lord Ganesh brings joy and unlimited bliss to our lives.

About Ram Kumar
Ram Kumar is the artist behind some of our most incredible masterpieces here at Mystik River. Ram Kumar’s sculptures are inspired by Indian and Tibetan Gods and Goddesses. Following on from his father Mr. Hanuman and grandfather, both accomplished artists in their time, Ram has continued the family tradition.
Working predominantly with semi-precious stones and high grade crystals, his work focuses on Tibetan Buddha figures and Indian gods as Ganesh, Shiva, Buddha, Laxmi and Tibetan Tara. His sculptures radiate grace and elegance as he mixes his art with some very high grade semi-precious gemstones such as Labradorite, Tiger’s eye, Rose quartz and Clear Quartz Crystal. His ability to refine the natural beauty of crystals and gems in his sculptures is unlike anything you will experience.
Note: With all hand made stone and wood sculptures, there might be some natural erosion with cracks and spots, but that adds to the one of a kind pieces that we sell here at Mystik River.
