GEOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

Amethyst is a purple variety of quartz composed of silicon dioxide (SiO₂), with its colour derived from trace amounts of iron and natural irradiation within the crystal structure. It has a Mohs hardness of 7, making it a durable gemstone suitable for everyday wear. Its specific gravity ranges from approximately 2.65 to 2.66, typical of quartz minerals. Amethyst commonly forms in volcanic rocks within geodes and cavities, where mineral-rich solutions slowly crystallise over time. Major sources include Brazil, Uruguay, Zambia, Madagascar, Russia, and South Korea.

It’s not mass produced, every piece gets lot of attention and goes through rigorous quality control. His healing wands are created in limited edition, with only a few released per year.
